How to Create Site-Site vpn setup in Checkpoint Firewall Server

Step to do site-site vpn setup

Main steps to perform is

1. Both VPN party exchange information regarding encryption schemes, encryption negotiation method, shared password & vpn gateway ip address

2. Create a group & put the party B ip address involved inside the group. This group will subsequently add as the encryption domain for the firewall gateway object.

3. Create firewall gateway object for the party B vpn gateway, put in the agreed encryption scheme parameters & secret password & encryption domain.

4. Create the firewall policy for the vpn site with action select as encrypt.

5. At the action “encrypt”, put in the encryption scheme.
